A cross-section of people in Tafawa Balewa Local Government Area of Bauchi State, North-East Nigeria came out to celebrate the victory of one of their own, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, who emerged winner in last Saturday’s National Assembly election in Dass, Tafawa Balewa and Bogoro Federal Constituency of Bauchi State.
For the people of Zaar land in Tafawa Balewa Local Government Area of the state, it was a celebration moment as the people were basking in the euphoria of the victory of Dogara.
The people also reacted to allegations levelled by the All Progressives Congress against the Speaker’s victory.
Dogara was declared the winner of the National Assembly elections in Dass, Tafawa Balewa and Bogoro Federal Constituency which returned him to the House of Representative for a fourth term.
