President Muhammadu Buhari has promised the opposition Peoples Democratic Party that his administration will run an all-inclusive government.
President Buhari while receiving his certificate of return from the independent national electoral commission INEC in Abuja, promised to serve Nigerians with commitment and build on the successes of the last four years.
