Residents of Maiduguri are in shock following multiple explosions on Saturday morning.
Confirming the explosion, a resident said,
“We counted 11 of the explosions this morning. But we are unsure where they occurred.”
A similar attack in Gaidam, Yobe state has also been reported.

“They came in at about 3 a.m and continued to shoot for hours. We don’t know what is happening now as we are all lying down inside our houses. Please pray for us,”
