Emiliano Sala’s agent challenges Cardiff City bosses

Following implicating calls of his role in Emiliano Sala’s death, Willie McKay, the agent who brokered Emiliano Sala’s £15m transfer to Cardiff City from Nantes has challenged Cardiff’s bosses to a public Q&A session to prove his innocence.

McKay has since maintained that the hierarchy of Cardiff City knew all about the flight bookings he made and were involved in all the meetings where it was discussed. 

McKay’s challenge for the public discussion involves Cardiff City’s owner, Vincent Tan, club chairman Mehmet Dalman, chief executive Ken Choo and coach Neil Warnock.

It is, however, understood that Cardiff City will not be taking up McKay’s offer.

Documents have also revealed that Willie McKay had organised many more flights for Cardiff City months before Sala’s death, some of which included coach Neil Warnock, assistant manager Kevin Blackwell among others.
