The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Prince Uche Secondus, has called on the people of Kaduna State to resist any attempt by the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, to manipulate the February 16 presidential and the March 3 governorship elections.
He made the call while addressing a sea of heads gathered at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium for the PDP presidential rally in Kaduna.
It was jubilation for members of the PDP who thronged the Ahmadu Bello Stadium Kaduna in solidarity with the man they believe can deliver on his promises.
Addressing the crowd, Secondus said all the plans by the ruling party, APC, to manipulate the forthcoming general elections will be resisted by Nigerians.
The Director General of the PDP Campaign Council and President of the Nigerian Senate, Bukola Saraki, said APC has failed Nigerians and should be voted out for the country to return to its days of economic prosperity.
The presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, who spoke to the people in the Hausa language, promised to complete all abandoned projects in the state if voted into power
The rally was attended by former Vice President, Namadi Sambo and Baba Dati Ahmed who also contested for the presidential ticket of the party at the Port Harcourt convention.
