President George Mannah Weah of Liberia has ordered his cabinet members to declare their assets in a week or face punitive measures consistent with the existing laws.

According to the Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC), only about 25% of the cabinet have declared their assets.
Weah who disclosed his government would not tolerate further delays, mentioned that the Government would benefit immensely when government officials demonstrate probity with regard to transparency and accountability.
