The Force Public Relations Officer, Jimoh Moshood, says the new national crime database which is being established by the Nigeria Police will make police service more efficient in the country.

The Police spokesperson said this on Tuesday during a Television interview. He added that the national crime database has reached the last stage of completion.

The database will be established at the force headquarters to link all police divisions and formations in the six geopolitical zones in the country.

Mr. Moshood, however, noted that the Force will require more financial allocation to fully complete and implement the new initiative.
