Niki Lauda, team Mercedes non-executive chairman and a 3 time F1 World champion has been discharged from the hospital, virtually three months after undergoing a lung transplant.
The 69-year old Austrian will now undergo a period of several weeks in rehabilitation.
Lauda won the F1 world title in 1975, 1977 and 1984. He has been non-executive chairman for the Silver Arrows since 2012 and is a present figure in the F1 paddock
