Yahoo gets tangled in Massive Security Breach to the tune of $50 Million

Yahoo Inc. has acceded to pay the sum of $50 Million in damages to 200 Million individuals whose privacy were breached and their personal information stolen.

Yahoo will also provide two years of free credit monitoring services to the involved parties from AllClear, a free Credit Monitoring service at an estimated $14.95 per month for each user going by the numbers.

Yahoo Premium users whose accounts were affected are eligible to get a 25% refund of their $20 – $50 per annum fee for the services.
