Marc Benioff, founder of Salesforce, alongside his wife Lynne Benioff, has agreed to acquire Time magazine for $190 million deal and paid cash.
The deal is expected to be unrelated to Salesforce and the new owners do not intend to be involved in the day to day operations, but would rather leave it to TIME Magazine’s current leadership team.
After the deal, the former Parent company, Meredith said it Sold Times’ in order to focus on its core target audience, the American women.
