President Muhammadu Buhari will be taking the national flag off ceremony of basic health provision fund in Osogbo, Osun state.
This is part of the government’s effort to foster the basic health care system in the country.
The flag off ceremony will be held on Thursday, September 20th alongside the Osun Health Insurance Scheme.
The E.D. of the Scheme, Dr Niyi Oginni disclosed that free health checks, including malaria treatment as well as blood check and Diabetes screening, would be conducted for all residents.
Other free perks include family planning, antenatal, delivery, and postnatal services for women, adding free immunization for children in the State.
