Everton’s record signing, Richarlison scored a brace on his Brazillian debut, contributing to a 5-0 win over El Salvador.
His first was a beautiful curler into the top corner of the net, while his second was an exquisite finish into the keeper’s near post; Neymar, Coutinho, and Marquinhos got the other goals for Brazil.
This is Brazil’s second consecutive victory after a disappointing World Cup that ended in a quarterfinal exit.
Richarlison will be looking to improve his goalscoring ratio with Everton, so as to compete favorably with Gabriel Jesus and Roberto Firmino for a spot in Brazil’s starting eleven.
