Bolton Wanderers have avoided going into administration after the club management revealed that an agreement has been made regarding a payment deal with BluMarble Capital Ltd.

The club owner, Ken Anderson, in a statement to supporters, apologized for the consternation and also revealed that the club now has one of the lowest debt positions in the Championship.

This news will be soothing for the club, as it has had the last few days tough – having faced the possibility of going into administration, which would have resulted in a two-year transfer ban as well as a twelve points deduction and the passing away of the former owner, Eddie Davies yesterday.
