David Beckham’s MLS soccer team’s name has been revealed as Club Internacional de Futbol Miami or Inter Miami FC.
According to a club statement, the name is to celebrate “a truly global location that welcomes and embraces all cultures and communities”.
The club’s crest has also been unveiled – two herons backing one another and the sun with its rays between them, while the colors are pink, black and white.
The club will make its MLS debut in 2020.
