The British Prime Minister began her visit at the Nation’s Capital Abuja, where she was conferred with an honorary citizenship of the City of Abuja by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Malam Muhammad Musa Bello.
From there she stopped over in Lagos, the commercial centre of the Country arriving at the Murtala Muhammed Airport Ikeja Lagos where she spent time with victims of modern slavery during her stay.
She was received by the Governor Akinwunmi Ambode and other relevant State officials waiting to receive her.
That wasn’t all as The Business moguls in Nigeria the likes of Femi Otedola, Tony Elumelu and Aliko Dangote met with the British Prime Minister at the FMDQ Security Exchange in a 40 minutes long conversation ensuring bilateral relationships between the two Countries.
