Paul Kagame is currently in Djibouti to attend both the inauguration of the Djibouti International Free Trade Zone as well as the China-Africa Economic Forum and International Exhibition.
Djibouti and Rwanda have strong economic ties in areas of ICT, Trade and aviation to list a few.
