The Independent National Electoral Commission has declared the 2019 general elections cannot be manipulated.
INEC chairman, Professor Mahmoud Yakubu, denied claims of the Permanent Voter’s Card could be cloned and Smart Card Readers pre-loaded.
He said the card readers have been configured to specific polling units 72 hours so as to prevent manipulation.
