The House of Representatives has directed its committees on Labour, Employment and Productivity to review age limits on employment into Ministries, Departments and Agencies beyond thirty years.
Going by the directive, employment into the civil and public service will be based on merit, competence and Federal Character.
The House has also advised all MDAs to re-open their online portals to accommodate qualified Nigerians between thirty and forty.
In addition, the committee on Legislative Compliance has been instructed to supervise and ensure full compliance.
