James Rynerson’s who was let out of prison due to mistakes of the prison guard was driven back to jail by his wife who realised the mistake.
According to his wife, she was shocked to find him in the garage of their home. The prison guard failed to check James wristband, and he, without hesitating, took advantage of the situation and walked out of prison with the belongings of the other man.
James was incarcerated at the Mesa County jail in Colorado. The county sheriff’s deputies thought he was Mavin March, another inmate.
According to Mesa County Sheriff boss, jail employees failed to check Rynerson’s wristband and picture.
He commended Ryerson’s wife for turning her husband in.
He is now being charged for new offences which include escape, forgery, theft, and criminal impersonation.
