Rival fans also joined the celebrations – and two groups traded good-natured chants and songs.
Police also detained another man for stamping on England flag, and another man has led away drunk.
It was the first time England fans had gathered in any numbers since the tournament began.
An English publication revealed that England fans face tough prison sentences in Russia if they get involved in any trouble.
