According to Khusela Diko, the Spokesperson for the presidency, Ramaphosa allegedly changed the State Security Agency director general due to the numerous rumours of corruption about him.

The team is to include Barry Gilder, Jane Duncan, Siphokazi Magadla, Silumko Sokupa, Andre Pruis, Baetsana Molebatsi, Anthoni Van Nieuwkerk, and Murray Michell.

Cyril Ramaphosa has also appointed Charles Nqakula as his National Security advisor.
