After the deaths of prominent personalities such as Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain, whose suicides came to many as a shock as they seemed to have the perfect lives, our very own MoCheddah has revealed that she suffered from clinical depression for 4 years.
MoCheddah also revealed that she has been in therapy for almost 2 years.
She also gives some advice which includes checking on your friends and loved ones.
