President Muhammadu Buhari says he prevented Femi Adesina, his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, from responding to the letter from former President Olusegun Obasanjo against his administration because Adesina was younger.
Buhari while receiving members of the Buhari Support Organisation at the Presidential Villa last night, explained that another reason for not responding to the letter was because he and the former president were from the same military constituency.
The President, however, noted that the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed did a good job in his response though the Minister disobeyed him by replying.
He added that his administration is focused on infrastructural development to address infrastructural deficits and facilitate speedy socio-economic growth in Nigeria.
