Two key staff of the Super Eagles, Nnaemeka Anozie, a physiotherapist and Chidi Ngoka, an equipment manager have been denied entry visas by the Austrian embassy in Nigeria.
Both officials were scheduled to accompany the team for the World Cup dress rehearsals from Sunday.
The team is to camp in Austria before travelling to its World Cup base in Yessentuki on June 11.
Super Eagles team administrator, Dayo Achor, expressed disappointment at the actions of the Austrian Embassy, stating that the team will find it difficult to cope without the physiotherapist and equipment manager.
Both officials have participated in the World Cup qualifying series and travelled with the national teams during previous tournaments.
