Star basketballer Lebron James purchased a house for $23million in December, which came with a theatre room, cigar room, wine cellar, air purifying technology, onyx bar and is 15,846 square foot.
Like this isn’t fit enough for a king, Lebron is making renovations to include a basketball court, indoor wine tap, renovating the theatre and pool as well, also a source close to the star athlete reveals he is also working on the paperwork to get a pizza oven.
The Mansion is located in Brentwood in the heart of Los Angeles and this is his second Brentwood Mansion. The renovation permits and labour are set to cost at least $70,000 so we can only imagine what the worth of the house will be after the renovations.
