Harvey Weinstein who was yesterday ordered to turn himself into authorities in New York to face criminal charges in a sexual assault investigation, reported to the police this morning.
According to law officials, the charges are related to claims by former actress Lucia Evans, which led to the months-long investigation. She alleges Weinstein assaulted her in his New York offices in 2004.
Harvey Weinstein has never agreed that it was non-consensual sex.
He turned himself into the police earlier today.
