Saturday was just a few days ago, and while Harry and Meghan are yet to get over the celebration, and the fact that they are married, the souvenir at their wedding has already been sold.
The souvenirs were handed to the 1,200 guests who came to watch the wedding procession outside St. George’s Chapel between Meghan and Harry, and some of the guests have taken to eBay, selling the gift bags for thousands of dollars; but what bewildered everyone is the fact that one of this gift bags has been purchased for an exorbitant amount.
The party favour was sold for £21,400 ($28,500) by a London based H.R. Manager, and this just makes us wonder what this gift bag contains.
The contents include a badge that read “Windsor castle spectator”, shortbread, a 20% off coupon to royalcollectionshop.co.uk, a wristband, a sitemap a parking pass, bottled water branded with Windsor castle, a chocolate coin, welcome letters from Meghan and Prince Harry and of course the canvass carrier bag from the social event of the season inscribed with the royal couple’s signature.
Some of these gift bags are still available for purchase at varying prices from hundreds to thousands of dollars.
