The Nigerian Senate has passed the 2018 Appropriation Bill.
This was done following deliberations by the joint National Assembly Committee on Appropriations after an extended plenary on Wednesday.
The budget which was presented by President Muhamadu Buhari in November 2017, was raised from N8.612trn to an estimate of N9.12trn.
