Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has detained a 14-year-old boy in connection with an alleged school shooting.

But the police department said on Twitter that deputies searched the elementary school and had found no evidence of a crime as of around 8:30 a.m.
There have been no reported casualties, but the investigation remains ongoing, the department said on Twitter.
The USA has experienced so many mass shootings this year alone.
