A Nigerian diplomat, Habibu Almo, has been found dead in his home in Khartoum, Sudan. He is believed to have been assassinated.
Habibu, who was a former employee at the consular section of the Nigerian Embassy, was found lying in cold blood at his residence.
Report of the shocking discovery was given by two security sources, who said investigations are still ongoing, though several arrests have been made.
Before his demise, the diplomat was said to be an immigration attache to the ministry of Foreign affairs on a mission in Khartoum, Sudan.
