Just for one night, a long list of West Coast Hip-hop heavyweights will be taking over the city of Long Beach California, the hometown of Snoop Dogg for Summertime in the LBC Festival.
Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, and The Game are headlining this year’s Summertime in the LBC Festival alongside a star-studded line up of hip-hops greatest.
Snoop Dogg’s debut album Doggystyle is also turning 25 this year, and he will be celebrating this milestone by performing the album at the Festival. The album was released in November 1993 and was at No.1 on the Billboard 200. The album contains classic hits such as “Gin and Juice” and “Who Am I? “.
Other artists set to join the Dog Father on stage are Ice Cube, The Game, Jarule and Ashanti, the Isley Brothers, Method Man, Redman, E-40, Warren G and the Dove Shack who sang the hit single “Summertime in the LBC” in 1995.
