Unidentified gunmen, Wednesday evening, kidnapped a Red Cross Mogadishu, Somalian capital.

This is coming barely 24 hours after a WHO employee was shot dead by gunmen in another part of the Somali capital.

Although Somalia has been riddled with terrorism for decades, the kidnapping of foreign aid workers has been on the decline due to improved security within the country.

Somalian Police chief, Major Mohamed Hussein, said the police got the report minutes after she was abducted and were still searching the area for a possible break.

No group has claimed responsibility for the kidnapping yet.
